• Sales, payment, and other transaction-related information requiring the company and individual’s name, contact details, business ID, email, and phone number. For credit checks, we may also require the personal identification number.

• Information related to the implementation of direct marketing and customer communication, such as sent messages and whether they have been opened.

• Information obtained from external sources, such as Suomen Asiakastieto’s business information system.

• Information related to customer feedback, complaints, warranty applications, and responses to them.

5. Data Processors

We do not disclose customer data to parties outside the production of services by Koneosapalvelu and Outokummun Metalli Group without a legal basis.

We provide training and instructions to our employees who handle customer data in matters related to data protection.
