Kithydro will be merged with Koneosapalvelu on January 1, 2023
Koneosapalvelu Oy’s subsidiary Kithydro Oy will be merged with Koneosapalvelu Oy on January 1, 2023.
After the merger the company’s name will be Koneosapalvelu Oy and the business ID will be Koneosapalvelu Oy’s current business ID FI01577936. Kithydro as a company name and its current business ID number FI30189553 will be discontinued because of the merger. Kithydro Oy joined the Koneosapalvelu Group in 2019 through a company acquisition.
After the merger Koneosapalvelu has six branches in Finland. All current branches and employees of Koneosapalvelu and Kithydro will remain unchanged. Due to the merger our product and service selections are combined and we can provide to all our customers a wider selection and network. Koneosapalvelu adds to Kithydro’s current offerings especially spare parts and accessories for forestry and mobile machinery and Kithydro strengthens the resources of hydraulics and industrial services in Koneosapalvelu. Production of Kithydro’s Hyprox hydraulic power units continues unchanged in Lahti as part of Koneosapalvelu.
